PABX/IVR solutions
Up to 5 IVR messages for R1,699.00, or up to 10 messages for R3,199.00. Additional IVR messages at R370.00 each.
Additional voice over recordings
R1,100.00 per minute (or part thereof).
Scriptwriting services
R199.00 per 200 words (approximately 1 minute of spoken audio).
Background music
R399.00 per music track. This includes an International ‘Standard Music Licencing Fee’.
What's the difference between an IvR message and an additional voice over recording? IVR messages are short (eg: "To speak to a technician, please press 3"), while the additional voice over recordings can be any length, and can include information on your business hours, marketing info, special offers, social media details, mission statement, upcoming events, out of office, seasonal messages or anything else you might need to tell your customers.
